1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the l888 platform and all its services. By browsing the l888 website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. 2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on l888, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may create only one account; operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Your email address and contact details must be active and valid.
• You must not reside in any area where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification Process

l888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time to ensure security and fair play. The following information or documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

If verification fails or false information is provided, the account may be suspended or permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing third parties to use your account, or selling or transferring your account, is prohibited. 4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at l888 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. As an example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 10x wager on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; bonuses not used within the set time will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings made using a bonus.
• l888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus without stating a reason.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, multi-account bonus hunting), all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The l888 VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly you can move up to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is entirely at l888's discretion. VIP benefits may change at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Operation Policy

All games on l888 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We use software from certified game providers to ensure fair play. If a game cannot be completed properly due to a technical error, l888 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake.

5.2 Betting Rules

A round or bet cannot be cancelled once it is in progress. If a bet or game is affected by a network disruption or disconnection, l888 will take fair action where a resolution is possible. However, l888 will not be liable for losses caused by external factors.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets in the Sports section:

• Bets will be settled based on the official result announcement.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, l888 reserves the right to re-settle bets at the corrected price.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l888 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fraudulent identity.
• Using multiple accounts or identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Hacking or manipulating game software, or using automated software (bots).
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Making transactions using third-party payments or funds.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
